FOCUS AREAS
Workshop 1: Turns & Spins. Learn how to clearly lead and follow common turns and spins in bachata, which you can use directly in your social dancing.

Workshop 2: Mambo and dancing to fast parts of bachata. Learn how to dance to the mambo / fast parts of bachata music with fun movements and core footwork elements. Will strengthen your understanding of the music and your social dance.

The course is based on Sensual Bachata, but incorporates flavours from both sensual, fusion and traditional bachata.

ABOUT THE COURSE
This course is for the ladies who are still fairly new to lady style and solo dancing, and who want to work on their foundational dancing techniques, their solo movements and simple and useable lady styling concepts. During the course, you will learn how to use your body, hands, head and feet in a smooth way when you dance. By the end of the course, you will feel more confident in your dancing and have more tools and ideas for movements and styling, both alone and in couples.
